AI-Generated Executive Summaries
AI-Generated Executive Summaries
Users with the appropriate permission can now generate an executive summary for any project with a single click. The AI agent reads the services you’ve already scoped and produces a polished, client-ready summary — no blank-page writing required.
How to use it: Open a project → click Generate Executive Summary
in the executive summary header (permission required).



Multi-Condition Approval Rules
Business approval levels can now combine multiple trigger conditions. For example: require manager approval when revenue exceeds $10,000 and the project includes one or more custom services.
Previously,only a single condition per approval level was supported.
How to configure: Settings → Business Approvals → Edit an approval level → Add conditions.

Vendor Resource Management
You can now add vendor resources directly to projects.
New controls include:
- Add Vendor Resource — assign a vendor resource to a project with its own hourly cost and price
- Cascade delete — when a resource is removed from a project, it’s automatically removed from all associated services (no manual cleanup)
- Permission controls — configure who can edit hourly cost and price for vendor resources

Cleaner Text Editor
The text editor has been replaced with an improved version that uses a

The updated design system has been rolled out to the following areas this quarter:

- Notes

- Locations
- Work Breakdown
- Overall Pricing, PS Pricing, MS Pricing, Product Pricing, Payment Credits
- Settings → Users & Groups (all items)
- Settings → Clients and Accounts list
