Data Storage

We host our data and servers using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We perform daily data backups  in AWS, which we retain for one week. This duration has proven to be sufficient, as the need for data restoration is typically identified within hours. We maintain multiple virtual servers within AWS, ensuring that even if one server encounters issues, the others can continue serving our clients.

CSV Backups

You are welcome to download CSVs of your current data at any given time and keep them for future use. The most convenient way to backup your own data is via the Line of Business area, where you can download all of the services grouped by individual Line of Business CSV files.
