🆕 New Features and Functionality

🏷️ User Landing Page

We have changed the user login experience so that users will now navigate to a new “Landing Page” upon entering the platform. The new landing page will display statistics pertaining to your projects, a list view of your projects, and helpful articles and videos for users to learn more about the platform. The landing page will provide users with a comprehensive starting point every time they enter the platform. In addition, this will be a great place for users to dive into feature documentation to learn more about the platform. Your filters from the Projects page will be persisted to the new Landing Page. Also, you will have the buttons to create a new Project or navigate to the Projects page.

🆕 Other Recent Updates

Client’s can now assign users to have a “View Only” role: At the account level you can now assign users to be “View Only”, and these users will not be counted against your license count. “View Only” users will be able to view Projects but they will not have editing privileges (ex. Save, Request Approval, etc.).
- To add a new “View Only” user navigate to Settings / Users / Add a user and then select “View Only” toggle button at the bottom of the page
- To change a user from Licensed to View Only navigate to Settings / Users / select a user and click the “Convert to View-Only” button
Enhancements to Settings / Teams page: Users will see a more advanced and intuitive Teams page. The page will be displayed as a table with search and multi-select for deleting Teams. The creating team page will allow you to search for users to add to the team, and will show you the users you have selected. If you have assigned Services or Surveys to a Team those will be displayed in a section at the bottom of edit a team page.
