November 2026: What Shipped in October

On October 31, six features left beta and switched on for every account, and the older screens they replace were retired. October also tightened who can run some project actions, and changed a few API behaviors that integrations should check. The October changelog has every fix and the API detail.

Some project actions now check your role

On October 19 we reviewed permissions across the application and closed gaps where an action did not check the user’s role. Actions such as Cancel Approval, Re-Scope, Deal Won, Deal Lost, Update CRM, duplicating a project and reverting to an earlier version now need the matching permission, in the app and through the API. A user whose role does not allow one sees an error, and some of these options are hidden from the project header.

If someone on your account can no longer run an action they need, give their role the permission named in the changelog, under Settings > Users & Groups > Roles. Integrations run as the user who owns the API token, so that user needs it too. The full list is in Permissions reviewed on 19 October.

Now on for every account

FeatureWhat it does
Push to PSA V2The redesigned Push to PSA screen, with ConnectWise service tickets, refreshable PSA settings, and default companies taken from the client’s mapping.

Project Blueprints V2Blueprints that carry services, products, expenses and vendor resources.
Service Hours FeedbackCompares the hours you estimate with the hours your team records in ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA.
Adaptive GovernanceMinimum hours on governance items, and percentages that change with project size or pricing model.

Also new in October

  • Pending Approvals shows the longest waits first, with page controls, and Time Waiting now counts from when you were asked to approve.
  • Shared survey links now expire 14 days after sharing, including links sent before the change. To collect a response after that, share the survey again.
  • Integrations: check three changes. Some API calls, such as document downloads and approval actions, now return 404 when the URL names a different account’s slug, so an integration user in several accounts should switch accounts first. The older MCP tools and the deprecated /count routes have been removed. Webhook deliveries are now signed; receivers that don’t check the signature keep working.
